It’s important to note that while everyone possesses each of these personality traits to some degree, individuals vary in the extent to which they exhibit each trait. Moreover, these traits are not static and can change over time due to various life experiences, personal growth, and environmental influences.
The Five Factor Model provides a useful framework to categorize personalities into 32 distinct types, by considering their unique combination of traits. Each type represents a specific configuration of traits along the dimensions of Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.
